THE CONCEPT

"I wanted to create a destination bar, restaurant and lounge where our guests can spend the entire evening (and night) wining and dining". The idea for STIXX Bar & Grill had been developing for over two years prior to its inception.

There are plenty of restaurants in Warsaw where you can eat but without a bar offer. Likewise, there are lots of bars where you can drink but food is relegated to second place. But what about great food, a great beverage selection and fantastic music and entertainmentall in the same spot. "This is what the creator had been dreaming about.... The owner of STIXX is a man with many years of experience in developing award winning retail, leisure and entertainment projects.

That's good, because the first task was to revitalize the old red-brick printing house that now looks onto Plac Europejski and to create a spectacular gastronomy space that now offers an amazing bar, restaurant and club experience.
